           Os neerlandeses ainda têm muito a aprender no campo das habilidades digitais e conhecimento digital. Isso é evidenciado por uma pesquisa de vários anos da Escola de Pesquisa em Comunicação de Amsterdã (ASCoR) da Universidade de Amsterdã (UvA). 5084 neerlandeses, com idades entre 10 e 94 anos, participaram.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Especialmente crianças, idosos neerlandeses e pessoas com baixo nível educacional ainda não possuem habilidades digitais suficientes. No entanto, há importantes pontos de melhoria para outros grupos neerlandeses também. Jovens e pessoas com educação superior acham difícil lidar com seus dispositivos digitais de maneira saudável. Todos os participantes precisam aprender mais sobre inteligência artificial (IA) e sobre como lidar com dispositivos digitais de maneira sustentável. Aqui, habilidades críticas de informação são essenciais; muitos neerlandeses acham difícil avaliar se a informação é confiável ou não.

           Em resposta a esses resultados de pesquisa, foi realizada uma sessão de aprofundamento onde várias partes interessadas estiveram presentes, incluindo a Secretária de Estado Van Huffelen (Relações do Reino e Digitalização), cientistas e stakeholders do setor (público/privado e social). Concluiu-se que uma agenda de pesquisa nacional é necessária para explorar uma abordagem mais ampla para melhorar as habilidades digitais.

           Como seguimento dessa pesquisa, a ASCoR e o Ministério do Interior e Relações do Reino iniciaram um novo projeto para monitorar tendências em competências digitais. Um painel será desenvolvido para mostrar quais grupos populacionais precisam de mais ajuda. Isso permitirá que os recursos sejam usados de maneira mais eficaz. Ao mesmo tempo, outros estudos também serão considerados. Uma abordagem integrada em nível nacional é necessária.

Após preencher, um conselho pessoal é fornecido com pontos de melhoria, incluindo links para cursos, vídeos e artigos. Este teste é destinado a neerlandeses que desejam aprimorar seu conhecimento e habilidades digitais. Para organizações e escolas que desejam fortalecer as competências digitais de funcionários ou estudantes, o DigIQ também é adequado.            Dutch people still have a lot to learn in the field of digital skills and knowledge. This is evidenced by several years of research from the Amsterdam School of Communication Research (ASCoR) at the University of Amsterdam (UvA). 5,084 Dutch people aged between 10 and 94 participated.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Especially children, elderly Dutch, and people with low education levels still lack sufficient digital skills. However, there are significant improvement points for other Dutch groups as well. Young people and those with higher education find it difficult to handle their digital devices in a healthy way. All participants need to learn more about artificial intelligence (AI) and how to deal with digital devices sustainably. Here, critical information skills are essential; many Dutch find it difficult to assess whether information is reliable or not.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           In response to these research findings, a deepening session took place where various stakeholders were present, including State Secretary Van Huffelen (Kingdom Relations and Digitalization), scientists, and stakeholders from the sector (public/private and social). It was concluded that a national research agenda is necessary to explore a broader approach to improving digital skills.

           Following this research, ASCoR and the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations started a new project to monitor trends in digital competencies. A dashboard will be developed to show which population groups need more help. This will allow resources to be used more effectively. At the same time, other studies will also be considered. An integrated approach at the national level is necessary.

           To enhance the digital competencies of the Dutch, scientists have developed the online tool DigIQ. It tests the digital competencies of participants. After completion, personal advice is provided with improvement points, including links to courses, videos, and articles. This test is intended for Dutch people who want to improve their digital knowledge and skills. For organizations and schools wishing to strengthen the digital competencies of employees or students, DigIQ is also suitable. The tool can be customized and added to one's own offerings.

           Enquanto normalmente cerca de 90% das startups não sobrevivem após quatro anos, o programa de aceleração do Startupbootcamp consegue reduzir essa porcentagem para 33%. De acordo com Engelberts, este é um dos benefícios do Bold 2: "A taxa de sobrevivência de 76% é muito alta. Isso significa que essas startups ainda estão operando e até mesmo lucrativas após quatro anos. A explicação para isso está no fato de que durante o programa, ensinamos a elas o conjunto correto de habilidades empreendedoras e as orientamos intensivamente".

"É importante ressaltar que você só deve investir com dinheiro que pode abrir mão por um longo período."

           Is investing in startups only for deep-pocketed angel investors? Not with Startupbootcamp, Europe's largest startup accelerator. With their innovative investment product 'Bold 2', they make it possible to invest from €100 in impactful startups, spread across ten growing sectors. Investment director Daan Looman and managing director Fleur Engelberts explain why this is an opportunity for both small and large investors.

Looman: "As a small investor, you can get in with just €100. For professional investors, there is an entry fee of €100,000.

"They are all companies that positively impact the Sustainable Development Goals," says Looman. "This is a requirement to be selected for Bold 2. For investors, this means a more diversified investment portfolio, allowing for better distribution of opportunities and investments with a positive impact on the world." And besides, investing in startups is also a lot of fun!"

           Survival of the Fittest

           While normally about 90% of startups do not survive after four years, Startupbootcamp's acceleration program manages to reduce this percentage to 33%. According to Engelberts, this is one of the benefits of Bold 2: "The survival rate of 76% is very high. This means that these startups are still operating and even profitable after four years. The explanation for this lies in the fact that during the program, we teach them the right set of entrepreneurial skills and coach them intensively."

"It is important to note that you should only invest with money that you can afford to give up for a long period."

Isso representa um aumento de quase 69% em comparação com dez anos atrás, quando havia quase 927 mil PMEs. O crescimento mais significativo foi observado no setor de desenvolvimento de software. A expansão do número de PMEs deve-se principalmente ao aumento do número de trabalhadores autônomos, conforme indicado pelos dados recentes do CBS.

A menor fração das PMEs, as pequenas e médias empresas (de 10 a 250 funcionários), contava com quase 55 mil empresas no início de 2024, um aumento de mais de 15% em relação a dez anos atrás.

           O número de empresas de energia mais do que triplicou.

           O número de pequenas e médias empresas (PMEs) no setor de transporte e armazenagem quase dobrou em dez anos, chegando a mais de 66 mil. Isso se deve quase inteiramente ao aumento do número de trabalhadores autônomos e microempresas neste setor. Por exemplo, o número de autônomos nos setores de transporte de táxi e transporte rodoviário de mercadorias (incluindo serviços de entrega) mais do que triplicou. Na construção civil, o número de autônomos mais do que dobrou, chegando a mais de 231 mil na última década. Dentro do setor industrial (excluindo construção) e energia, o número de empresas de energia mais do que triplicou, chegando a quase 3 mil.

           Apenas no setor de hospitalidade o número de pequenas e médias empresas aumentou mais do que o de autônomos e microempresas, especialmente entre restaurantes e outros estabelecimentos alimentares. Também no setor de informação e comunicação, o número de pequenas e médias empresas aumentou relativamente, especialmente nos serviços de TI. O crescimento das pequenas e médias empresas no setor de serviços profissionais ocorreu, entre outros, devido ao aumento nas firmas de arquitetura e engenharia e nos serviços de colocação de pessoal.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           O número de empresas de segurança privada e instaladores de cabos quintuplicou.

           Em um nível mais detalhado de setores, o número de empresas de software cresceu relativamente mais nos últimos dez anos. No início de 2024, havia 305 pequenas e médias empresas (PMEs) nesse campo, mais de seis vezes o número em 2014. O número de serviços de segurança privada (12 mil) mais do que quintuplicou desde 2014. Isso também se aplica ao número de PMEs em call centers, instaladores de tubos e cabos, e a indústria de bebidas (especialmente cervejarias). O número de lojas online triplicou nos últimos dez anos para pouco mais de 101 mil.
          &#xD;

           Também há setores onde o número de PMEs realmente diminuiu. Em comparação com 2014, a maior queda foi na telecomunicação por fio (-35%), postos de gasolina (-28%) e gráficas (-21%). O número de cafés caiu 20% nesse período para pouco mais de 8 mil.

           The number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the transportation and storage sector has almost doubled over ten years, reaching more than 66,000. This is almost entirely due to an increase in the number of self-employed individuals and micro-enterprises within this sector. For instance, the number of self-employed individuals in the taxi transport and road freight transport sectors (including delivery services) has more than tripled. In the construction industry, the number of self-employed individuals has more than doubled to over 231,000 in the last decade. Within the manufacturing (excluding construction) and energy sectors, the number of energy companies has more than tripled, reaching almost 3,000.

           Only in the hospitality sector did the number of small and medium-sized businesses increase more than the number of self-employed individuals and micro-enterprises, particularly among restaurants and other food establishments. In the information and communication sector, the number of small and medium-sized businesses also saw relative growth, especially in IT services. The growth of small and medium-sized businesses in the professional services sector occurred, among other things, due to an increase in architectural and engineering firms and staffing services.

           At a more granular industry level, the number of software companies has grown the most over the past ten years. At the start of 2024, there were 305 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in this field, over six times as many as in 2014. The number of private security services (12,000) has more than quintupled since 2014. The same applies to the number of SMEs in call centers, pipe and cable laying, and the beverage industry (especially breweries). The number of online stores has tripled over the past decade to just over 101,000.

           There are also sectors where the number of SMEs has actually decreased. Compared to 2014, the biggest declines were in wired telecommunication (-35%), petrol stations (-28%), and printing (-21%). The number of cafes decreased by 20% during this period to just over 8,000.

           Ao importar um produto, você geralmente precisa de um código de mercadoria de dez dígitos. A alfândega usa esse código para calcular os direitos de importação e o IVA a serem pagos. Para pentes de plástico, por exemplo, você paga 2,7% de direitos de importação; para parasol de jardim, são 4,7%. A alfândega calcula os direitos de importação sobre o valor aduaneiro, que inclui o preço do produto, custos de transporte e seguro até a fronteira da UE na entrada.

Alguns produtos têm um código Taric com mais dígitos, especialmente aqueles sujeitos a taxas antidumping, uma taxa adicional sobre os direitos de importação.

           Do you want to set up a private limited company (bv)? It is possible to do so online. For the digital establishment of a bv you will need a digital notarial deed. You do not have to be physically present at the offices of the civil-law notary. You can do this online through an audio-video connection. The civil-law notary will establish your identity via an electronic identifier. You must sign with a digital signature.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Does the notary suspect identity fraud? Or do they doubt your legal capacity? Then they can refuse to establish the bv online. In that case you do need to establish the company in person.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

This makes it possible to execute the deed remotely. This is a temporary measure for times of crisis and not a permanent instrument.

A criação digital de uma BV é realizada por meio de uma escritura notarial digital. Não é necessário comparecer fisicamente ao notário para isso. Você pode fazer isso por meio de uma conexão digital de áudio e vídeo. A identificação é feita pelo notário com um meio de identificação digital. Você precisa assinar com uma assinatura digital. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Se o notário suspeitar de fraude de identidade ou tiver dúvidas sobre sua capacidade de agir, ele pode recusar a criação da BV online. Nesse caso, você precisará comparecer pessoalmente perante o notário.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           A opção digital atual é temporária.

Esta é uma medida temporária de crise e não uma disposição permanente.

           Em 2022, grandes empresas registraram um lucro líquido mais de 4,5 vezes superior ao ano de 2020, marcado pela pandemia. Os lucros operacionais também se mantiveram elevados em comparação com o período anterior à Covid-19. Empresas de grande porte que distribuíram dividendos em 2022 destinaram mais do que o dobro aos acionistas em comparação com o ano anterior. O montante distribuído por essas empresas em dividendos foi cerca de um quarto superior ao lucro líquido em 2022. Esses dados são provenientes de uma análise do CBS baseada nas Estatísticas Financeiras das Empresas. O estudo foi conduzido em um painel de 320 grandes empresas, representando aproximadamente metade do lucro líquido de todas as empresas não financeiras.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Em 2022, o lucro líquido das grandes empresas alcançou mais de 132 bilhões de euros. Além disso, o lucro operacional (excluindo ganhos financeiros) teve um aumento significativo, atingindo 52 bilhões de euros. Durante a crise da Covid-19 em 2020, quando as receitas caíram mais do que os custos fixos, como depreciação e salários, o lucro operacional diminuiu para 16 bilhões de euros. Em 2021, houve uma recuperação no lucro operacional, atingindo 32 bilhões de euros, equivalente ao nível pré-pandemia em 2019. Apesar do aumento leve nos custos de matérias-primas em 2022, o lucro operacional das grandes empresas ficou quase 60% acima do registrado em 2019.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Em 2020, 115 das 320 grandes empresas distribuíram dividendos, uma queda de um quinto em relação a 2019. No mesmo ano, as empresas neerlandesas puderam solicitar o suporte NOW, que incluía uma proibição de dividendos e bônus. Nas grandes empresas que distribuíram dividendos em 2020, o montante distribuído foi o dobro do lucro naquele ano (54 bilhões de euros). Possivelmente, as empresas que distribuíram dividendos tentaram manter a remuneração aos acionistas estável. Embora 20% menos empresas tenham distribuído dividendos, o montante distribuído pelas empresas remanescentes foi 13% inferior ao distribuído em 2019 (62 bilhões de euros). Em 2021, a distribuição de dividendos permaneceu praticamente igual à de 2020. Em 2022, a distribuição de dividendos aumentou significativamente, sendo 23 bilhões a mais do que o lucro líquido obtido por essas empresas no mesmo ano. Embora uma empresa possa distribuir mais dividendos em um ano do que o lucro daquele ano, por exemplo, ao distribuir lucros retidos de anos anteriores, é comum que as empresas também reinvestam parte de seus lucros no negócio.

           Em 2019, grandes empresas sob controle estrangeiro obtiveram mais que o dobro do lucro na Holanda em comparação com grandes empresas sob controle holandês. As grandes empresas sob controle estrangeiro que realizaram distribuição de dividendos pagaram, em média, quase quatro vezes mais em dividendos naquele ano do que as grandes empresas sob controle holandês. Em 2020, a média de dividendos das empresas sob controle holandês diminuiu de 185 milhões para 149 milhões de euros por empresa. Já nas empresas sob controle estrangeiro, houve um aumento. Em 2022, um ano em que as grandes empresas registraram mais lucro líquido, as grandes empresas sob controle estrangeiro distribuíram em média quase 1,3 bilhão de euros.

           Em In 2022, large companies recorded a net profit more than 4.5 times higher than the pandemic-marked year of 2020. Operational profits also remained high compared to the pre-COVID-19 period. Large companies that distributed dividends in 2022 allocated more than double to shareholders compared to the previous year. The amount distributed by these companies in dividends was about a quarter higher than the net profit in 2022. These insights are derived from an analysis by CBS based on Business Finance Statistics. The study was conducted on a panel of 320 large companies, representing approximately half of the net profit of all non-financial companies.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           In 2022, the net profit of large companies exceeded 132 billion euros. Additionally, the operational profit (excluding financial gains) saw a significant increase, reaching 52 billion euros. During the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, when revenues fell more than fixed costs such as depreciation and wages, operational profit decreased to 16 billion euros. In 2021, there was a recovery in operational profit, reaching 32 billion euros, equivalent to the pre-pandemic level in 2019. Despite a slight increase in raw material costs in 2022, the operational profit of large companies was nearly 60% higher than that recorded in 2019.

           In 2020, 115 out of 320 large companies distributed dividends, a fifth less than in 2019. In the same year, Dutch companies could apply for NOW support, which included a ban on dividends and bonuses. Among the large companies that distributed dividends in 2020, the amount distributed was twice the profit for that year (54 billion euros). Possibly, companies that distributed dividends tried to keep shareholder compensation stable. Although 20% fewer companies distributed dividends, the amount distributed by the remaining companies was 13% lower than the distributed dividends in 2019 (62 billion euros). In 2021, the dividend distribution remained virtually the same as in 2020. In 2022, the dividend distribution increased significantly, being 23 billion more than the net profit earned by these companies in the same year. Although a company can distribute more dividends in a year than the profit for that year, for example, by distributing retained earnings from previous years, it is common for companies to also reinvest part of their profits in the business.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           In 2019, large companies under foreign control made more than twice the profit in the Netherlands compared to large companies under Dutch control. Large companies under foreign control that paid dividends distributed, on average, almost four times more in dividends in that year than large companies under Dutch control. In 2020, the average dividend of companies under Dutch control decreased from 185 million to 149 million euros per company. On the other hand, in companies under foreign control, there was an increase. In 2022, a year in which large companies made more net profit, large companies under foreign control distributed an average of almost 1.3 billion euros.

Pedro destacou a importância do CCPB como plataforma para a defesa dos direitos dos brasileiros no exterior e para o fortalecimento da comunidade brasileira nos Países Baixos.

           On April 20, 2023, at 5:00 pm, the farewell event of Marcos Viana as president of the Council of Brazilian Citizenship in the Netherlands (CCPB) took place at the Consulate General of Brazil in Amsterdam.

           Pedro Vono, president of the 23-25 CCPB biennium, gave an emotional speech, thanking Marcos Viana for his leadership and commitment and pledging to continue the excellent work of the council. Pedro emphasized the importance of the CCPB as a platform for defending the rights of Brazilians abroad and strengthening the Brazilian community in the Netherlands.

           Por diversos fatores, a Holanda (Países Baixos) tem atraído muitas empresas estrangeiras que migram para o país em busca de novos mercados. Estima-se que 10.000 corporações de outras nações já se instalaram na Holanda (Países Baixos), gerando 140.000 empregos, entre as quais as brasileiras Petrobras, JBS, Embraer, Cutrale, Marfrig, Trustsis, Seara e Perdigão.

           Na audiência com o Cônsul-Geral foi assinada uma carta de intenção que solicita ao Consulado apoio na captação de empresas e expositores para participarem da Semana da Moda Goiana - Amarê Fashion. O evento é realizado pelo Sebrae Goiás, em parceria com o Governo do Estado de Goiás, Sesc/Senac e entidades que compõem o Conselho Deliberativo Estadual (CDE).

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;

           A primeira edição do Amarê Fashion contou com 50 expositores, pesquisadores e artistas da moda e da indústria criativa, além de público de 13 mil pessoas nos desfiles, exposições e rodadas de negócios. A edição de 2023, que será realizada de 29/08 a 02/09, almeja ser um dos maiores eventos de moda do Brasil.

Esta ação certamente ampliará o livre comércio entre as duas nações, isso sem contar que a Holanda (Países Baixos) é o portal de entrada para a Europa Ocidental”, enfatizou.

           During the meeting with the Consul-General, a letter of intent was signed requesting support from the Consulate in attracting companies and exhibitors to participate in the Goiana Fashion Week - Amarê Fashion. The event is organized by Sebrae Goiás, in partnership with the Government of the State of Goiás, Sesc/Senac, and entities that make up the State Deliberative Council (CDE).
